Welcome to Reboot Psychology

My name is Jenny Gallagher Grant. I am a psychologist passionate about working with children and adults alike.

I am a caring, approachable therapist with over 18 years of experience in truly listening and sharing others' stories while addressing any concerns, helping to identify needs, and working together to achieve goals.

Over time, I have worked with small to large organizations such as the Leukaemia Foundation, SIDS and Kids, Uniting Care, Centacare, 1800 Respect, Acacia Connection EAP Corporate Services, and recently Lakeside Allied Health. The knowledge and skills learned while working for these organizations have provided me with the opportunity to work with an array of different presentations.

I have in-depth knowledge and experience of grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, workplace challenges, and life transition. In addition, I deeply understand the challenges individuals may face when caring for a sick loved one, or when caring for an elderly person. More recently, I have completed training in Eating Disorders and PTSD.

Being honestly heard and understood is paramount to our psychological well-being. We all experience life and its challenges in different ways. As a therapist, I feel it is essential we are allowed to explore and express our unique thoughts and feelings in a safe environment, and just as important, to feel empowered for seeking help.
